    Welcome to the beta test! Start gathering your notes and putting nvUltra through its paces. We look forward to hearing your feedback. If you have existing notes in another app, see the documentation for help importing them.

  • Create a New
    Notebook

    The first thing you'll do is create a new folder for your notes (Cmd-N), or pick an existing folder. Notes you create with nvUltra will be stored in this folder.

    Create

    The Search/Create Bar is, as you might guess, where you both search for notes and create new ones. To create your first note, just type a title and hit return. To find it later, type any part of the title or document contents to quickly select it.

    Window

    This is what the window looks like when all three panels are showing. You can toggle the preview and the notes list at any time from the Window menu in the menu bar.

  • Find Similar
    Notes

    When you click the Connections button, nvUltra examines the contents of the selected note and finds the notes most similar to it in your notebook, regardless of their title.
